At 455 million barrels, US crude oil inventories are nearing a state of bearishness.

The EIA reported today a build in crude, gasoline, and distillate inventories.  There has been a  relatively large improvement in gasoline inventories, but distillate inventories remain critically low. As we have been highlighting in our reports, global diesel inventories will remain a concern throughout the winter season.
