EOA’s Main Takeaway
US crude oil and distillate inventories declined to below the five-year range. If crude inventories follow historical trends and fall below 400 million barrels, we will turn bullish on oil. At that point, we expect US crude exports to decline and imports to increase. A US-China trade deal would support this bullish view.
