EOA’s Main Takeaway

Crude and distillate inventories followed historical trends, but gasoline inventories did not. The increase in imports of about 0.902 mb last week contributed to the inventory build. The increase in crude inputs into refineries helped prevent crude inventories from going higher than what is reported. 

Now that the impact of the hurricanes on the oil market is over, historical trends point to a continued increase in crude inventories.
