EOA Main Takeaways

Delays in commissioning new LNG projects, scheduled maintenance, and higher demand in Asia led to a relatively tight global LNG market with price differentials favoring Asian destinations.  The relative tightness is expected to ease by the end of the year and next year.  However, the impact on US gas prices is limited.

While the market is well supplied in 2025 and beyond based on current plans, LNG surplus and lower prices might lead to delays. Projects that are planned to come online in 2026 and 2027 might be delayed to later years.
